The community is already established since 2004 and there is currently being worked on completing a luxury hotel in the area too. It is a 24h gated gated community and the community pools are free for the residents.

The country club has several facilities including gym, indoor pool, tennis and paddle tennis but it is charged extra. There is a price list per activity or a yearly membership fee should you choose to stay in the property for longer periods.

In general Reserva del Higueron is a lovely and well functioning urbanisation near to Benalmadena and Fuengirola, shopping is just outside (French Carrefour) and there is easy access to the motorway with a 15 mins. drive to the airport in Malaga.
