This is an amazing opportunity to get the last remaining penthouse apartment in a luxury complex with walking distance to the clubhouse in La Quinta Golf. The price has been reduced from 800.000+ to 612,000 euro.
This luxury villa is designed by architect Melvin Villarroel. It is located in one of the best urbanisations of Marbella with excellent security and great views over the sea
CASA:UNA has several apartments in Nerja for sale, some are in the town centre and others in the lovely urbanisations surrounding the town of Nerja, such as Capistrano
Capistrano is quite popular due to it’s close proximity to Nerja and Burriana Beach
This is what a tenant wrote after having booked a holiday apartment in Nerja – Capistrano
Marvelous and pleasant villa
Very nice villa situated in the uppper part of Nerja with beautiful views from the large roof terrace. Good access and parking by the front door. Contact with the property owner was very nice and respons was quick. We had a wonderful time and Nerja is by far the most beautiful town along the east coast of Malaga.
The urbanisation “San Juan de Capistrano” is located just out of Nerja on a hill side facing the sea. This combination of tranquillity, lovely views and still close to the town makes a perfect holiday home in Spain.
Most visitors only know Nerja for it’s amazing Balcón de Europa or the busy beach “Burriana Beach”, but San Juan de Capistrano is a hidden gem and worth looking for.
The property boom in 2002 to 2008 were fuelled mainly by retired north Europeans who bought up new-built second houses in places such as Valencia and Murcia, says political scientist Julio Embid, of think-tank Fundación Alternativas.
Real estate prices have now fallen some 30% to 50% from their highs, leaving Spain’s banks, or cajas with housing stock on their books whose current value is much lower than the original.
Meanwhile hundreds of thousands of houses built during the boom remain unsold, and people wanting to buy may find it difficult to get credit.
Mix of interests and lack of financial education
Embid also points to the cajas’ politically-driven executive appointments as a contributing factor to the crisis. “Many senior bankers were low-profile regional politicians or majors, without any financial experience or bank background,” he said.
This villa has recently been reduced for a quick sale making it one of the cheapest villas in Marbella Hill Golf area
The villa has been built as an investment, but in the current market, the investors have decided to reduce the price from a massive 3.3M euro to 1.2M euro. This a 60% reduction!
The pilars ensure moving light/shadow through the day, and the large windows gives maximum impact of the stunning coastal and sea views. Built with all modern facilities, this villa has solar heated pool and under floor heating throughout the villa.
